How I fell into mortgages.
Waitressing served me well for most of my working years. It afforded me to pay for my college degree in the 90’s and offered flexibility when I was raising my young family. I worked in Michigan’s most prestigious restaurants including the Detroit Athletic Club which was named the #1 Athletic Club in the country during my tenure there.
In 2020, COVID put a pause on my waitressing career. During that time, I decided to get my mortgage license. I worked remotely for an online lender, writing hundreds of refinance and purchase loans in ten states across the country. I fell in love with the job. The service aspect came naturally to me as did the collaboration.
Helping families purchase homes and take control of their finances is incredibly rewarding.
